I am an English teacher who was born in Northern Ireland. I have many creative passions in areas that include electronic music production, photography, and programming. I am heavily involved in strength and conditioning training and engage in various Mixed Martial Arts. You will find me in the gym, cooking or reading on eastern philosophy regularly.

When I have a reasonable amount of time off work, I ensure that I use it wisely and travel as much as possible. Traveling is the best form of education; it broadens your perspective, teaches you to live in the moment and you value experience over material things.

I am passionate about personal-development and try to incorporate as many positive habits into my life such as early rising, meditating and taking cold showers.
