Overview
About Me
I have been living in an intentional community in Brooklyn since 2020. It’s a vibrant and dynamic environment with a group of people who share similar values and goals.
I teach free yoga classes in parks around Brooklyn through my organization, Sangha Yoga NYC. I also spend a lot of time at Kirtans with my spiritual community. Both are inclusive, and you are welcome to join.
As a musician, I love meeting other musicians. I have a few instruments, including bass, guitar, piano, and some percussion.
I love traveling and meeting other travelers. I lived in Colombia and Taiwan for several years. Now, I am in Brooklyn and have a little space to host fellow travelers.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing has been wonderful for me. I have met incredible people while traveling and while hosting. I want to maintain a connection with the international community and this is a great tool to do so.
Interests
I am passionate about yoga and philosophy. In 2012, I drove my motorcycle to northern California to see the solar eclipse. I climbed Mount Shasta. Then I drove to Grass Valley and stayed in a yoga ashram for a month. We ate all vegetarian, organic food. Much of the food grew in our garden. Maybe this experience can give you some idea about my interests.
