I was born and raised in New Delhi. But, my roots are in Punjab. My grandfather was from Dosanjh Kalan, Punjab and I still use Dosanjh as my last name ( Navjot Singh Dosanjh ). No, I'm not related to Diljeet Singh Dosanjh 😆.
Anyone can inspire me to be a better person in life - my pet dog who inspires me by his loyalty or even a daily house keeping staff who inspires me by his strong work ethics.

I work for an IT company called Cognizant ( It's a US based company that has its offices all over the world ). I'm a process specialist and my work involves quality audits, compliance, people management and client interaction. I love my job but like to maintain a good work-life balance.

I love to go on long bike rides. I have once gone to Chandigarh from Delhi on my Royal Enfield. I plan to go to Amritsar on bike this year. Due to hot weather and road safety reasons, I'm not able to ride as much as I want.

Apart from my own country's rich culture, one more culture which fascinates me is Russian.
I have already been to Russia and Kazakistan. I plan to visit Uzbekistan ( Tashkent ) in 2020. People of Russia have been so welcoming. I hope I will get to know Russia even better.

When I travel, I don't drink alcohol. I keep my food simple. I am proud, I belong to a country which offers the bestest of Vegetarian food in the world. I don't need to emphasize this better as the whole world knows it.

I'm not a picky eater. I can easily adjust. In India, I love our Chole Bhature, Dosa, Idli, Daal Makhani. When I was in Russia/Kazakistan, I loved their Pancakes, Coffee, Kvas, Honey and Chocolates.

I like being organized, love to make good friends and always willing to explore new things.

Couchsurfing is not a dating site. It's unfortunate that some of us just deviate from the essence of couchsurfing. I don't want to say beyond this. Hope my message is clear enough.

Couchsurfing is just a means for me to reach out my travel goals. Couchsurfing allows you to see a new tourist place through the eyes of the locals rather than through the lenses of a travel agency or guide. It's very impressive and encouraging to learn how travellers all across the globe use coachsurfing so effectively to achieve their travel goals.
Though I don't use couchsurfing very extensively, I have met with few amazing people both in India and abroad.
As I work full time, I accept guests only when I'm free. I need to plan my offs very well in order to do a foreign/domestic trip.
