I have a number of missions. Can I grow enough vegetable in a small garden to be self sufficient.Can I develop a therapy technique that works with the body to bring about transformation of body and mind.Can I make a bespoke settee that is comfortable!

Music, Movies, and Books

Don't watch films much but have enjoyed one or two. I rarely read, only for information and exploration. I prefer live music of most genres.

Living and working in a different culture. witnessing personal transformation, others and mine. Nature is a constant source of amazement.

I am an educator with a specialism in learning difficulties. I am a psychotherapist with an interest in body psychotherapy. I practice yoga, I am very interested in the natural world and I like to cook. I am a percussionist and enjoy making music with other people.
