I am a 24 year old writer, musician, and meditation teacher from Southbury, CT. I love connecting with people and deeply enjoy thought provoking conversations. I am a lover of all things nature, philosophy, music, and poetry.

I write music under the name James Bird and have been working on a book for the past 6 years.
