From my experience travelling solo and backpacking it’s really the people you meet that make a place great. Whether it be locals or other travellers. Loved the social aspect of hostels. I’m a local so sometime life gets hectic but love to meet people passing through Perth, show them around and hear/swap some travel stories. May be able to host but not all the time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Seeing what this is all about. Have always loved meeting people from other parts of the world. I find it fascinating. Also any app that helps travellers get in touch sounds like a fantastic idea!

I Love music, variety is key. Big on Hip Hop and Rock music. Love a bit of chill music too and even some T Swift(don't judge me).
