About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Rolling around the world.

ABOUT ME

Always incredible hard to say. I don't know what should I write about me. My cat could say I'm really an animal lover. Wind could say my smile grows up every time I found myself in a new place in this world. My friends could say I'm a good friend, a person who likes to smile and laugh, but still a quiet person that enjoy simple things of life.

Sometimes sparks of the artist inside me go outside, sometimes I can be drawing in a park or playing air-drums with my fingers over almost any solid surface.

Quite often my eyes are far from the place my body is, dreaming more than looking.

I can say myself that I enjoy the smallest things in this world. That nothing could be better than the sun falling down in the afternoon, or the wind moving slightly the grass, but still I'm always trying to discover new places, and finding new people, new smiles, new memories.

I like to think that at certain point you and me are somehow connected inside this little blue globe, and I really enjoy to discover that connections.

PHILOSOPHY

Dream the dreams of other men, you'll be no one's rival.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've probably little participation, but I use to help others discovering the community, offering my place (when I'm not travelling) and trying to discover new people to share our cultures, to find common spots and learn about what make us different and special.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm relative new in couchsurfing, but still life gave me the chance to meet incredible people, usually visitors that stayed at my place.
Every experience is unique, and I couldn't say what I love more. Since every person is also unique and special, It's impossible to me to say what's better.

All experiences helped me in a different way. They probably helped me to being a better person.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Into the Wild, Amelie, 12 Monkeys, Fight Club, Babel, Godfather, etc, etc, etc.

Music: Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, all the grunge / rock from the 90's, John Butler, Blind Melon, REM, A Perfect Circle, Tool, Norah Jones, Johnny Cash, Radiohead, Muse, Porcupine Tree, Nick Drake, Beatles, Dylan, Zeppelin, anything of Eddie Vedder, RHCP, and I could keep mention band names the rest of the day. I'm also open to listen new stuff, all the time.

Books: everything of Pynchon, Rodrigo Fresán, Roberto Bolaño, Borges, Pessoa, Onetti, Palahniuk, Cortázar, Tolkien, Frank Herbert, Philip K. Dick, Murakami, and the list never stops.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing things are all around, they can't be measured by their size, but by the feelings and experiences they give you. Small things in my life can represent the same importance than visiting Europe for 3 months, or visiting Iguazú Falls (by the way, it's an incredible place to visit!).

I'm just trying to amaze myself every day with things I think, I learn or discover.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach(?): I can't teach too much. I like to play my guitar and usually I end up teaching a few songs to couchsurfers. Spanish is something I can help other people learn, but I'm not a teacher, promise. In design field, everything related with composition, color, web design basics, etc.

I would love to learn: French from the ground, practice more English, snowboard, how to play de piano (please someone help me!)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
