ABOUT ME

Quiet and open mind, enthusiastic. I like traditionnal way of living, close to the natureside, working with my hands, mixing with contemporaly life and society, in the middle way, just for the pleasure of feeling the life inside of me taking cold shower in the snow and going to the toilets under the stars.
I like mountain sport: walk, climbing, mountain ski.
I love also explore myself by meditation, dance, healing therapie; and I love share with people the daily life, living and growing together with my wife and my daugther.

PHILOSOPHY

Be here now, do what I have to do the best I can, with attention, and relax when I feel exhausted. Be kind with myself and other.

Very large, I'm curious and like discover each people experience.
I like corporal practice like tai chi, yoga, kung fu, and do different type of dance:
- folk dance from europe and most from france
- butoh dance
- biodanza
I like also explore communication and psychologie, mind, feeling, and human being.
I like make spoon in my work place close to the wood heater.
I like mountain, walk, ski with skin to go up, climbing.
I like listening audio book while I'm driving.
I like to see my daughter growing and transforming.
I like daily life with my wife, making everyday new, putting wood in the fire of love.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Dance very softly in the mood in a cave, almost nude, without any light, in silence, during two hours.
