Overview
About Me
I will not respond to requests asking for more than 3 nights.
ABOUT ME
I consider myself a DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) native. It's been my home for a while now since moving here from Ethiopia. I am very passionate about social issues and plan to continue my studies in the International relations/development field, more specifically in regional policies of MENA and Africa. I currently work on global health issues.
Aside from work, I am very open-minded, enjoy learning about cultures and love having a good time. I heard this is a great platform to meet awesome people from around the world so here I am.
PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy is kindness.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visiting Istanbul was one of the best experiences I've had. The city was breathtakingly beautiful, food was great, music scene was amazing and the people were so warm. I loved it!!!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am originally from Ethiopia, I can teach you a few things about our culture (our food is delicious!) and show you the immigrant perspective of life in the DMV as people from around the world are flooding to this place we call home. I have also assimilated nicely and have a good balance in that aspect. I enjoy the freedom to exercise individuality, stand up for equality and use this opportunity to grow for a greater impact. We can talk more about this over some good local brew (craft beers are picking up here)...
