Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a good alternative to get to know and let people get to know a place taught by its inhabitants...that makes the experience more enriching!!
I said that before living it. 😊
Now that I have experienced it, it is impressive and essential for learn from people different from us.
I have loved the experience, I have left places very excited by the hospitality of the people and by the moments spent with them!
I used to be very embarrassed to stay at other people's houses until I hitchhiked across Argentina, staying in many places through Couchsurfing. Later, when the pandemic began, I stayed in Cusco and received a group of cycle travelers from different countries (Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Russia...) and with other friends from Peru and Romania, we lived together and I learned many things. A year later, I went on a bike trip from Cusco to Rio de Janeiro and also stayed with great Couchsurfers in Brazil.

Me parece una buena alternativa para conocer y que la gente conozca un sitio enseñado por sus habitantes...eso hace que la experiencia sea más enriquecedora!!

Ahora que lo he vivido es impresionante e imprescindible aprender de gente diferente a nosotros. Me ha encantado la experiencia, me he ido de lugares muy emocionada por la hospitalidad de la gente y por los momentos vividos con ellos!
Antes me daba mucha vergüenza quedarme en casa de otra gente hasta que recorrí Argentina en autostop, quedándome en muchos lugares por Couchsurfing.
Después, cuándo comenzó la pandemía me quedé en Cusco y recibí a un grupo de cicloviajeros de diferentes paises (Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Rusia...) y con otras amigas de Peru y Rumania, convivimos y aprendí muchas cosas. Un año después, salí a viajar en bicicleta desde Cusco a Río de Janeiro y también me quedé con grandes Couchsurfers en Brasil.
