Eat great food, make great friends and see some neat stuff! Would love to go climbing and find some good trekking trails.
ABOUT ME
My absolute favorite thing is to learn. I love cooking, working with my hands, playing music, hiking and backpacking. I play the banjo and love to sing and dance with my friends and family and anybody else. I am learning piano and am playing a lot of chess as well.
PHILOSOPHY
I love simple things, good food, good music and most importantly good company and I am very happy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have had wonderful experiences with kind, amazing people via Couchsurfing. Together we have made amazing meals, played games of chess, sung, danced and done so many wonderful things. I can only hope to continue having such wonderful experiences.

Interests
I'm a huge fan of cooking and playing music. I love to learn about just about anything, language and culture are probably my favorite things to learn about now. I love to explore the outdoors, whether just for the day or a weeklong trek.
I also like to slackline and I'm learning to surf!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love spaghetti westerns all of the Clint Eastwood movies: Once Upon a Time in The West, The Good Bad and the Ugly, A Fistful of Dollars. I am a big Tarantino fan also. My favorite though is the Magnificent Seven it's just too good.
I love a ton of different music, Rock, Jazz, Classical, Rap. My favorites though are Bob Dylan and Neil Young,
I love Lonesome Dove, and Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep. I am a huge fan of Junot Diaz from the Dominican Republic and I have a ton of books I would love to read.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I had the chance to do about 150 km of the Camino de Santiago in the north of Spain. I made some great friends and saw some beautiful stuff. It was an incredible experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I absolutely love to cook so I would love to cook together. Also I play banjo so maybe we could jam out! We can talk about books or sports, languages, philosophy, culture, whatever.
