I make music all day, every day. I'm a supplier of useless, interesting well-rounded facts. I'll win at thumb wrestling. I'll take all your cassettes and VHSs, please. I trash-pick. I collect things. I enjoy a nice pot of tea, an anarchist punk show, and some freshly knitted woolen socks.

PHILOSOPHY

Go with the flow, but direct your own currents. Hey- life is what you make of it. Might as well be as happy, loving, and aware as possible.

Eating dinner at a host family's home in Rabat, Morocco (in the Medina). My lovely host mother fed me far too much of her delicious tajine chicken and mint tea (with no objections from me), and afterward insisted on taking me jewelry shopping. She told me I was her daughter, and kissed me as she would a very old friend.
