Open hearted. Like to listen & ask questions. But can also talk about myself. Love to be challenged by creative persons. Am a lighthouse keeper. Have been living & working in Northern Norway, France & Middle East. Worked as journalist for some years. Have also been responsible for the local library in the small arctic community where I live.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Would love to meet new persons where I come, who are ready to meet for a talk or a walk. Or who has a couch to offer. I can sometimes offer a special couch at a unique place on a small island beyond the polar circle.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Have received quite a few persons, but not used it when travelling myself - yet. However looking forward to that.

Author: curious about everything contemporary.
Music: absolutely! right music for the right moment is a challenge. world, experimental jazz and gregorian songs.
Film: 'Bobby', 'Babel' and 'Little miss Sunshine' are some of my favorites.

I can share stories about Northern Norway, or the Middle East. If you like. But I can also help out, making food, do the dishes, clean, help in the garden, help re-organising, or other things you need an extra hand with.
