(she/her) I am a perpetually curious soul with a penchant for art, design, and essay writing. I switched to primarily remote jobs so that I could travel flexibly and also develop my projects.

When I'm not working at my day job, I love to walk, discover new cafés and restaurants, admire urban architecture, and thrift printed ephemera.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started Couchsurfing during my first solo trips across Europe as a student. As a first-timer, it took me some time to grasp the knowledge of the unknowns, and using Couchsurfing was a big help.

Through Couchsurfing, I’ve met new people from across the world, and I’m willing to give back to the travelling community.

Music • I’d listen to anything, but jazz, in particular, has piqued my interest since I was little.

Movies • If you like Wes Anderson and Wong Kar Wai films, we will get along well.

Books • I am as bookworm as I can be. I’m down for any book recommendations if we ever engage in conversations!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

• Solo travelled the Arctic Circle for my birthday. Saw the sunrise at 10 AM and sunset at noon at Honningsvåg, Northern Norway.

• Co-founded a vintage Indonesian labels and stickers collective, then published books and travelled across (so far) Asia, Europe, & USA for art book fairs and roadshows.

Teach • Ask and you shall receive, don’t hesitate! Also for curious Indonesian learners, I will let you know one or two essential phrases for your guide!

Learn • Learning is a lifetime experience, and travel enables me to do that from time to time. I’m open to learning anything you would want to share. Also, 日本語勉強中です! Any pointers on Japanese will be much appreciated. よろしくお願いします！

Share • With a handful of travel experiences, I can give you recommendations, perhaps a tailored one based on your preferences – especially for cities I've lived in like Jakarta, London, and Singapore.
