I started Couchsurfing during my first solo travelling across Europe as a student. As a first-timer, it took me some time to grasp the knowledge of the unknowns, and using Couchsurfing was a big help.

I’ve met new people from across the world through Couchsurfing, and through Couchsurfing, I’m willing to give back to the travelling community.

One is not enough, seriously!

• Travelled across Europe while studying for my Master's degree.

• Solo travelled the Arctic Circle for my birthday. Saw the sunrise at 10 AM and sunset at noon at Honningsvåg, Northern Norway.

• Did a working holiday scheme in Singapore and ended up living there for 2 years.

• Co-founded a vintage Indonesian labels and stickers collective, then published two books and travelled across (so far) Asia for art book fairs and roadshows.

• 8 out of 11 ASEAN countries travelled.
