Hi there! My name is Olivia and I'm a 18 year old student from Switzerland. I live in a small village together with my parents and my younger sister. I absolutely love to travel, discover new places and meet people from all over the world! Other than that, I like to read all sorts of books (mostly thrillers), hang out with my friends, watch series, going to the gym (sometimes) and I love to ski in the wintertime!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I'm still a student and don't have an income, but still want to travel different countries, I figured that Couchsurfing is the perfect solution for me. It's not only cheap accommodation, it's also a great way to make new friends from all parts of the world and stay connected!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 16 I did a Rotary Youth Exchange in Canada and spent a year on Vancouver Island, where I went to High School and was hosted by a lovely family. This has been by far the best experience in my life and has encouraged me even more to discover the world, be open about new people and new cultures and just enjoy every moment!
