About Me
Little bit about me...
Positive, happy, Colombian born dancer and yoga teacher as vocation. Curious, spontaneous and charismatic.
Calling aussieland home for now, missing and loving South Africa and mzolis braais where my heart still is.Always looking for new places to visit, cultures to meet and new fulfilling experiences. I tend to get quick annoyed by routine. zzz
Having always that sense of Itchy feet ! :D
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I like to meet mostly local people when I’m travelling, who better to show you around or give you the best tips in their city. Tell you about their tradicional drinks and food a must try! Its a great way to exchange cultures.
Also love to meet and host people in my lands it’s just part of my culture to be hospitable ... and am very good playing the tourist guide. ;)
Interests
Mindfulness, long walk in the beach, cooking, embodiment , languages, music, dance, art, architecture, design and culture and much more!!!
- yoga,music, art, food, multiculturalism.
Music, Movies, and Books
Salsa, jazz, blues, instrumental, Afro soul, rock in Spanish, reggae ... pretty much into any rhythm that moves my body and make me feel happy and relax.
Lately more into mindfulness, yoga related books.
Not much into Hollywood... but a quirky Woody Allen always will be on my list, anything from Hitchcock, Kubrick ... some Hispanic directors a must in my list , Iñarritu & Almodóvar...pretty much old school movies. Environmental documentaries .
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As only child... being able to fly very far away from home/ overcoming attachments.
... be independent and discover little by little pieces of this piece of land by myself. No regrets just good, happy and fulfilling stories for my grandchildren... if happens to have them one day hey!! ;P
Be ALWAYS a positive and happy presence in the life of others. Try to get infested by my good vibes yourself. ;)
Teach, Learn, Share
Language exchange, I can teach you some Spanish if you are into that beautiful language. Second most spoken language in the world... did you think was English.. well , no! ;)
Would love to learn and share about your/my culture and your/my travelling / life experiences. :)
Let’s nurture our self with some strangers that could become like family.
Every day is a new opportunity to learn new things about our selves and others and create new likewise connections.
