ABOUT ME

I work a 5 day week. Go for walks, watch TV, go to pub and listen to radio. Talk sometimes and am quiet sometimes. I think I am normal enough. Try not to offend people. I like outdoors and do not drive a car. Like good food and a warm fire.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is to be enjoyed so enjoy it. If you do not like something the leave it alone. Take things easy and do not worry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming in a hot pool in the Rockies was good.

Eat a big salad. Always add lettuce and tomato to your sandwiches. Use whole grain bread and also eat fried rashers, sausages and eggs.
