Hi! I am Oscar from Hong Kong. I am currently studying a master degree in Glasgow. I have been in the UK for almost 6 years now. During my time in the UK, I seize the opportunity of budget airline to travel to different part of Europe, and since then I have developed my love for exploring the world. My plan for this year will be ticking off all the European countries that I haven't been to before.
I am also a keen photographer, mainly focusing in natural landscape and cityscape. I prefer analogue nowadays but I still shoot both. I hope that maybe, just maybe one day I will be able to become a full-time photographer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used to be a regular on airbnb. As I used to travel with friends, bnb offers everything we need. However, recent years I started to enjoy travelling alone, and I enjoy staying in hostel or capsule hotel. And I think, if I want a more local authentic travel experience, why not couch surf! And wala here I am!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to lo-fi / norwegian pop on a daily basis. I also enjoyed rock music from the 90s. When I am trying to focus I usually listen to classical music, especially Debussy.
Movies - NottingHill ( Tho I enjoy the most cliche romantic movies all the way to Hollywood blockbuster)
Books - Picture of Dorian Grey, Pictures from Italy, Persuasions, or some modern poetry
