Hey, I'm a young Spanish eighteen year old who is preparing for his entry to university next year. I would describe myself as an outgoing, tolerant and open minded person, one never to shy away from experiencing something new and extraordinary. Throughout the years I've travelled to quite a few places. One of my favourite things about travelling is the people, being able to see firsthand in what manner different cultures differ, but also being able to revel in all that we have in common.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is a great way to travel as it allows people from different parts of the world to meet and connect with each other; in contrast to more traditional forms of lodging such as hotels, which are more impersonal. From 3rd August, I'll be taking part in Airhopping. Therefore, I think Couchsurfing and Airhopping complement each other perfectly as they both share the same value: travelling as a form of life, of exploration and connection of places and people in a freer way.
