Torn between Latin America and Asia I travel forth and back. I’d love to go to Africa. I adore pristine beaches with turquoise waters and white sands as well as the the sublime views of the Himalayas. But sometimes I end up in cities like Havanna or Kabul, because the most important thing is to encounter new friends and dive into their culture. And I like to write about it.

I once visited with the waterfalls near Cienfuegos. With my Cuban girlfriend. We jumped in the basins not knowing how deep they were and when we came out my mind was blanc and there was nothing but presence and the wonder of nature and friendship
