I'm into a wide buffét of things and my work as a "folk high school" teacher gives me ample opportunities to experiment and explore together with my students! :)

Some recent sample: Hatha yoga, creative dance, "natural movement", low-weight hiking, contact improvisation, thai yoga massage, tantra, maths (creative), zen, non violont communication, natural sciences, tai chi etc..

Above all I value simplicity in life - to simplify and return to the source that contact with nature and "nature in other people" gives me..
