Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Making friends all over the world. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have been travelling since I was a child. With ten years I visited my aunt in Spain for the first time. In former days - before a genius invented couchsurfing - travelling without internet was much more complicated and less rewarding.
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies from Pedro Almodovar to Gene Roddenbery - I am interested in all categories of movies except in horror. I love music from all over the world, such as Indonesian Gamelan, Australian Dideridoo or Bolivian flute, percussion and drums I like most. I am enjoying Austrian and German literature, books about psychology and philosophy, such as "Robin Skynner, John Cleese: Life and how to survive it" or "Allan and Barbara Pease: Why men lie and women cry".
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Attending the Cooking school in Luang Prabang (Laos), seeing Rafflesia arnoldii on Sumatra, studying cacti in Latinamerica, climbing the active volcano Pacaya (Guatemala), climbing Huayna Potosi (6088m) and talking with Bolivian women at lake Titicaca (Bolivia)...
