About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meeting people, learn about each other's culture and different way of life.

ABOUT ME

Working in a control center with a binational team, I work most of the time under pressure which I like. My job is to ensure that we always have enough resources in France and in England to carry our passengers from both sides of the English channel.

I am an easy going person with a pretty good sense of humour, always interested in learning new things. I like to take things easy and relax whenever I can. A beautiful day out in the garden, a barbecue, a glass of wine and a nice chat with friends is worth millions...

PHILOSOPHY

Only have one life, make the best of it...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want people to discover my region. I live by the sea in the north of France. Forests and beautiful long sandy beaches where you can walk for Miles. Every year in April there is the international Kite Festival for 10 days. It is absolutely beautiful !!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years back, I have given 18 months of my life to work as a community service volunteer abroad. I worked with severely disabled people. My job was to help them to live their life as independently as possible. I knew nothing about people with disabilities. I'd never imagined all that they have to endure and suffer for living. A bit scared at first, I met so many lovely people that it ended up being my greatest experience.I have learned a lot about courage, determination and respect. A good lesson of life ...
