About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To feel freedom among snowy mountains, to get lost in colourful jungles, to see haunted castles, shiny skyscrapers, to discover different cultures and much much more..
For now I have succeeded in getting lost repeatedly.

ABOUT ME

I am calm, curios and positive, thoughtful and interested in people. I love adventures and tend to get in one from time to time.

PHILOSOPHY

People could be more happy
if they would stop thinking up things to believe in
And start to believe in themselves.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've got some

Interests

I enjoy coffee, heavy music and festivals, tea with spices, sweets and cakes, books of beloved writers, mountains, walking barefoot, hiking, cold air, picnics, and last year I became a frequent "moviegoer".
I love arts, I am mostly an art consumer but I really like writing.

Because I was born in one country but lived the most of my life in another, I am interested in cultural differences and languages.

Music, Movies, and Books

About books: I am into horror and mysticism, thrillers and a little bit of sci-fi. If you know a book that scared the shit out of you - let me know, I will probably like it. If it's Stephen King's - I've probably red it. I also find Richard Matheson inspiring, Edgar Allan Poe sadly adorable, Ray Bradbury brilliant, Shirley Jackson hyper talented,
E.T.A. Hoffmann dark and enchanting and Mikhail Bulgakov simply accurate. There is something peculiar in Goethe; he can be annoying and interesting at a same time. Nikolai Gogol was my childhoods favourite. Oh, and Oscar Wilde's fairy tales have a special place in my heart ^_^

About music: rock, blues, some country, some indy, some weird stuff.. But mostly metal.

If I was making a favourite-movie-list it would be a looooong one. Let's just say I have a bipolar taste: it's either scary stuff or pixar's :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am quite often amazed by very simple things like music , pomegranats, first snow, autumn, and a cup of hot chocolate on a cold winters day can be kind of amazing

I also started a youtube channel not so long ago. Don't know if that's "amazing" but I hope it will be useful for somebody https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCocsqJkcSMIoM8E59w5mvgg

I wrote some touristic articles for itinari https://www.itinari.com/user/5d349f98ac6c820010c0eb89

..and then continued to my blog https://www.meandplaces.com
