Hi ! My name is Pauline, I am 20 years old and live in France; thought I will spend the next months in Japan.

I really love cooking, specially with organic food and thus I have developed an interest for growing plants. I plan to experience cooking and farming in the different countries I visit, but for now in Japan.

I am a calm person who like to seat somewhere nice and read a book or listen to music; even more so with a cup of tea or cafe. But I also appreciate to meet people and discuss over a drink, or a good meal.
I try my best to respect others, to adapt to their way of life if I am in their house, and I like to be helpful.
I am always motivated to cook all sort of foods (except meat since I am a vegetarian) and I particularly love to cook food from all over the world.
I am happy whenever I go out and walk around in a city I don't know, but also when I found myself in the country side, surrounded by nothing but nature. I prefer living in the country side, but I sometimes need a little journey in a city. I was born in Paris, and then I moved with my parents in the southern contryside of France near Tououse, that's why I love both places, and like to go back in Paris at least once a year :)

I really love traveling : I think that discovering different cultures, meeting people, sharing experiences and seeing beautiful landscape and cities are the best. Ah, and I almost forgot : eating different kind of good food is the best !

兴趣

I love cooking and discovering new kind of food and recipes; I particularly like to bake pastries and sweets.
I play a little bit of the piano, but never really learned, though I would really like to learn (maybe one day I'll seriously try to become better at it...)
I also like to read, so much that literature is what I've been studying up 'till now.

Taking the opportunity to travel whenever I had it is what I am the most proud of, and it's by far the best experiences I have had ! I hope I will continue !!!

To people who learn or want to learn French, I can help practice. Since I have been studying English, I can also help for that.
I am always keen to improve in English, Spanish and in my very bad German, but also to learn new languages : right now I really want (and I am trying) to learn Japanese.
I can share my cooking experience ! (and learn new recepies, new kind of food...)
