ABOUT ME

I am the one who moves only forward. A step back or any doubts designate for me defeat. Environment principles first of all, principles of mankind for me are immoral and pernicious. I love what I do (I protect the nature and animals) because I can see the results of my work. At least once a week I leave my town for whole day and go towards the lake, the river or the sea to watch birds and to get a vivacity charge for the next week of my life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I got my first CSs (couple from Austria)when I had studied in Brest (Belarus) and had rented a flat. Later I changed my flat and lost possibility to give a place for sleeping for CSs. Though I had met people from different countries (Egypt, Poland, Japan et al.) to drink some tea or coffee or show the town.
When I lived in Faro (Portugal) I hosted tourists and travellers from Finland, USA, Poland, France, Germany, Lithuania, Pakistan etc.

During my travels I surfed in Jordan, Egypt, Russia, Spain (Canary Islands), Belgium, Morocco, Portugal, Ukraine, Germany , India, Italy and Belarus.

In Egypt I met my friends for whom showed Brest. We spent time very well and went round Cairo by their own car. We met in Moscow (Russia) with russian girl which was met first in Egypt. She helped me to find host (she commended me to other CS).I had amazing experience via CS in Jordan where I lived in bedouin tent in the desert. Owner of tent had tourist business but he didn’t take money for special tour inside desert by reason of we were his guests.

Interests

Since childhood I have known my future will connect with environment and animal protection. Therefore all of my actions belong to understanding how to do it better globally. Currently I investigate nocturnal birds - about 10 species of owls.

I like traveling. Everywhere I was I tried to see more unique plant and animal world. To see rare bird or other animals in its native landscape is same for me as to see old architectural signs for historian.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have no TV and I'm happy! TV lies! I liked reading when I was a child. Last book which I read was A.Brem's "Travel around Africa". Someday I'll create my own book about my adventures, funny stories what happened with me and my friends and of course about birds which were our companions all time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I watched more than 600 wild species of birds in the world!

Sunrise seen from volcano Tejde (Canary Islands) and at the top of the dune in Sahara desert (Morocco), night spent in White desert next to Fennec Fox hole (Egypt), boating through Sunderban Tiger reserve (India).

Female of Great Gray Owl non-stop attacking me while I did attempts to climb up the tree with its nest and owlets in.

Since 2003 my life has connected with nature conservation, enveromental education and substanble development. My hobby is birdwatching therefore if you join me somewhere I would like to show you this mad bird world!
