Overview
About Me
I am a sociologist, traveller, bike lover, business trainer, vegetarian, vinyl collector, and huge reggae music fan. I love to listen/talk about travel, music, books, movies, history, philosophy, culture, religion, politics, business and technology. A broad scope of topics ;)
IF YOU WANT TO BE OUR GUEST:
Here is a list of the most important things:
1) I love guests, do not hesitate to send me a request! :) I will do my best to host you or help you.
2) I live with my wife Bogusia, you can see her profile here: https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/2002330667,
my 13-year-old daughter Zosia and three cats (Grubcia, Carlos and Hoshi).
3) We are vegetarians. We have nothing against people eating meat, but please do not bring it here.
4) You can take anything from the fridge - you're welcome :)
5) If you are too tired to talk, or need some time for yourself (web, nap, shower, meditation, whatever) there is NO PROBLEM, tell me, I am a traveller too, mate :) CS is about meeting new people, but sometimes you need just a bed and 8h of sleep, that's ok :) chances are that you will have a separate room for yourself.
6) Sometimes I am too busy and won't be able to show you around the city (and I will make it clear), sometimes I have plenty of time and can even pick you up from any place near Warsaw (ask if it is possible, by the way: I love hitch-hiking).
7) If you are into cycling, just let us know, maybe we will have a bike that fits! Cycling is a great way to see less touristic parts of Warsaw
8) People with kids are more than welcome, as I mentioned I have a 13-year-old daughter, so maybe kids can spend some time together :)
9) As we do have cats and I love folks reading profiles to the end... if you want to let me know, that you've read it, please add the phrase "I don't have a cat allergy" somewhere in your request ;)
10) Please leave our flat as clean as it was before (no worries, it is often not so clean ;)
11) Last-minute requests are ok, but please keep in mind, that I check the CS site 1-2 times/per week
11) update: We host hosts only
IF YOU ARE WONDERING ABOUT HOSTING ME/US:
1) All I need to feel good as a guest is to know the rules of your house. Then I will follow them :)
2) I love to meet new people and am an extrovert, but I respect that you can be too tired/busy, etc. to talk/hang out. Just let me know what you are up to,
3) I am always interested in local, everyday life, so I will be happy to go with you to a local park that you like, have a beer in your favourite place or go cycling around the city...,
4) I am reliable and verified. You can also check my professional website: www.grupahologram.pl or my LinkedIn profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/pawelmazurek
