About Me

I’m 33-year-old teacher living with my husband, Juan Manuel who’s the same age as me in Santiago, Chile.
We moved back to Santiago in September 2018, after living in Helsinki, Finland for 2 years.
We love animals, dogs and cats, but we don’t have a pet yet, since we live in a somewhat small apartment.
We are easy going, we like walking, laughing. We love nature, listening to music, playing video games and board games. We love sleeping, reading books, and finally, we love Art and everything related to it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on couchsurfing because my husband and I like meeting and sharing with people from all over the world. We have friends in different countries and continents and we want to continue traveling as much as we can, and learning new things from each person and place.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is Heavy Metal, but I’m quite open minded about it. I can go dancing as well, and I even listen to classical music sometimes. I used to play the guitar, but I haven’t played in a while, but I’d like to go back to playing soon.

I also like everything related to Arts: doing handcrafts pieces with recycled materials, mosaics, paintings, going to museums, reading about art, artists and different techniques, etc.

Films? I like the freaky, class B, dark, old, retro stuff...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I’ve done is to travel and have met the most wonderful people who I call my friends. The people I love: family and friends, and the experiences I’ve been through, both good & bad, are my most important treasures.

Regarding my professional life, I don’t know if this counts amazing, but I’d say I’m proud to have accomplish is to have published my thesis in English literature, and also I’m very happy to have my own company, which is related to training people in English language, which has resulted pretty well =)
