ABOUT ME

I´m a 48 year old woman, who wants to visit many places and people as possible, before my age can´t allow it. I live in Amatitlàn, 26 Kms south of the city, with a beautiful lake. I´m married with Luis Penados. We have 2 handsome boys and a beautiful girl. Two dogs as well. We have a nice garden, perfect for meditation or quiet reading. It´s posible to carry our guest in a tour around the city (Guatemala city) and some touristic places. Only one person at a time. I´m not a good english speaker.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that to be in peace with all the peolpe, first of all it is necessary to be in peace with yourself.
The world needs cooperation between its inhabitants. It needs love not wars, frienship not enemies.

I participate in this project because I want to go to New York, and my son told me about it, about a new, cheap and interesting way to meet diferent cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have any experience yet, but I´m anxious to do it.

Interessen

My principal interest is to live in peace with all the people aroud me, and with every people I meet.
I like to do exercises (spinning, swiming, play basketball,etc) cook, and handcrafts.
I like to read to and meet a new friends.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like all the movies with happy ending. I love Christmas movies and music, in fact, I begin the Christmas season in september. My favorite music is in spanish (not reggaeton). I like the music of John Denver, Elvis Preley, Chicago, Santana and many singers of 60´s.
I like to read Miguel Angel Asturias, the Guatemalan who won one Novel prize in literature.
