I live in the Sierra Nevada mountains in a van with my girlfriend Jillian. I love being out in the mountains year round and I rock climb, ski tour, trail run, backpack, and mountain bike so I can experience beautiful places in various ways through all seasons. Free climbing on steep alpine faces and going on adventures with close friends are my favourite things. I've lived in a van for 5 years and have lived and climbed across the American west. I've worked odd jobs and done seasonal work to make ends meet and have the flexibility to do the things I love.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Couch surfing provides a unique opportunity to experience the people and culture of a place in a more personal way. I've both enjoyed places more, and learned more about the places than I would have if I weren't couchsurfing
