ABOUT ME

Loves the outdoors but always fascinated by the old architecture of Oklahoma City downtown.

I'm a photo journalist that travels the world . I love to have new adventures with the people that I know or just getting to know for the first time learning every step of the way. Type of thing to slip into a cafe' just when it is beginning to rain outside chilling over a cup of mo after a long day.

I am a global traveler trying to make due with what I have, thankful with what I have. Down to earth, funny, light personality easy to get along with. Eager to share and listen with travelers of the world!

In mid 2013 have settled down in Oklahoma City with an apartment and love the small town quiet atmosphere OKC presents but then big enough to be within 10 minutes of anything.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe all people have basic needs, wants and needs in common. Everyone has a right to live the way choose, everyone has a right to live in freedom. The question being, what price are you willing to pay for it? What are you willing to stick up for, what are you willing to drop for your freedom?

A person brought up a question to me recently, he asked Is the glass half empty or half full? My responses was half full, I always enter in a situation and give everything, but then I stand back and see a lot more that could be done

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've gone cross country and internationally using CS as a great tool for room and board. Now that have my own place I can return the favor for travelers in and out of Oklahoma City.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During international trips I was introduced to CS by a Palestinian barber shop owner. I sent out a few requests back then and I was surprised when several hosts contacted me even in Tel Aviv and as far north as the Lebanon boarder. When I was planing my trip back to Texas I returned to CS and almost every day of my journey I had a host.

Living in Israel with Palestinians over a year in the west bank. seeing the majestic of the Scottish coast. Hiking near to the border of Tanzania seeing straw huts for houses.
