Overview
About Me
Friends are the most important aspect of my life, the experiences I share with the people I care about are what I live for.
I really enjoy meeting people from different cultures and back grounds, I enjoy being constantly surprised by the variety of different amazing people that I meet.
I meditate daily and I have found that it greatly helps to keep me grounded in life.
I am very interested in people, more specifically how communities might be created that foster communal living, encouraging people to live together simpler ways. I feel that through working together humans have the capacity to overcome the modern day problems associated with human development including over consumption, climate change, and environmental damage. Through my studies in psychology and sociology I am aiming to understand what it is about the individual and collective human consciousness that has contributed to these problems as well as looking at changes that can be made that can bring individuals together to create social change.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on couchsurfing because I want to meet unique people who share my interests and to share travel experiences with. I think couchsurfing provides a great way for people to connect internationally and I guessed that someone who was willing to let me stay on their floor or couch or vise versa, was more likely to be the sort of person I will get along with.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I cook cheap lunches for 150 students a week. Being employed to feed students hearty, healthy and delicious food means a lot to me as I feel I can positively contribute to many peoples lives in this way.
Teach, Learn, Share
