Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I love the idea of being able to meet new people in the places that I travel to. I feel that really allows me access to recommendations and experiences that I would otherwise miss out on. In addition to this, the people that are kind enough to welcome travelers in to their place and give them travel tips are exactly the kind of people I want to meet on my travels!
Music, Movies, and Books
I have a passion for music and have a really broad range of music tastes. I love electronic music including Trance, Funk, Glitch, Dub-step, Trap, Trip Hop, Melodic Techno and many, many more I also really like Down-tempo and chill out vocal stuff such as Banks and Jamie Woon. I'm a massive movie fan as well, with my favourites being anything by Christopher Nolan i.e. Inception, Interstellar and the Batman movies, but I can usually find enjoyment from most movies. As for books, I am a bit of a fantasy nerd. The name of the Wind, Harry Potter, The Wheel of time series are among my favourites
One Amazing Thing I've Done
When I was 18 I sky-dived over the Whitsunday Islands. As I floated down I was able to see all five beautiful islands at the same time.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach people a breathing meditation technique called the Wim Hof method. I am always eager to learn something unique. I can share many travel stories and drinks!
