CURRENT MISSION Turning my life inside out & upside down! ABOUT ME I recently quit my comfortable job to go around europe by bicylcle and volunteer in different (eco)projects. I'll have my tent with me, but since I got to know CS, I'm looking forward to meeting people on the road this way too. I am a thinker that always sees the other side of the coin. On the upside that makes me quite open-minded, on the downside is decision-making always a challenge for me! :-) I like to laugh at the ironic aspects I seem to discover in almost any situation or opinion as well as in my own opinions and actions. I feel irony and respect are not in contradiction and that no subject is too holy to make fun of... I love to sing along with the music playing, although quite inaccurately and in violation of Katie´s law that I mustn´t sing. Luckily not everyone is supporting that law, as I can´t help myelf most of the time anyway... I don't know for certain why I like ending my phrases with three dots... but it may be that I rarely feel the very last word on any given subject has been said. I like conversations to be either meaningful and really penetrating the subject or complete nonsense and fun. In between I'm out of my depth... I'm terrible at smalltalk. But I certainly enjoy some action as well! I like riding my bicycle, hiking, drinking, camping, travelling, going to parties and dancing... PHILOSOPHY The most important thing - at the moment - for me is not to let fear get the better of me and learn again and again that when I overcome my fear and really try to follow my heart, the whole universe seems to conspire to help me on my way...
