Music, Movies, and Books

Recently became immersed in Stig Larssen's trilogy, having read, and enjoyed, the books and the movies.

Interested in arthouse movies.

I have a broad taste in music - from classical to blues, and more. A big fan of Freddy Mercury/Queen, Any Winehouse, Leonard Cohen, Jennifer Warnes, Filipa Giordano, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 6 weeks in Turkey in 2008, including 2 weeks in Istanbul. All of that history - Byzantium to the Ottoman's to current day Turkey - and what wonderful people.

In 2007, I walked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and will never forget the view from the Sun Gate on the morning of our arrival - just spectacular!!

Just last week, I was lucky to sail from my home own of Sorrento (VIC, Australia) to Eden, on the south coast of NSW. On two occasions, pods of dolphin played in the ow wake of our yacht -- awesome!!
