Overview
About Me
I’m following my passion of flying and meeting new people through shared experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I want to meet new people open to the idea of sharing a bit of themselves with me through conversation, food, activities, and an occasional shower.
Interests
I’m interested in learning what motivates others, sharing an amazing cup of coffee, hiking a “hidden gem,” eating at a local restaurant, sharing the knowledge I have learned as an engineer and pilot, and providing a positive impact on the community I am in.

Music, Movies, and Books
Pretty much all music, hero-type movies, not too big of a reader but have been reading some Buddhist books
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiked all of the Colorado 14ers
Teach, Learn, Share
I’m halfway decent at math if someone needs tutoring, was able to help out my brother with a bit of Calc 2 before I left Colorado. I have an engineering degree, have a passion for helping people accomplish goals, and strive to challenge myself. Currently trying to learn Mandarin Chinese and I don’t know why; I stopped by the city of ten thousand Buddhas and they gave me a bunch of Buddhist books (only one of them in Chinese). It would be fun to have a basic conversation in several languages.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Will help out with chores and household projects. I can share some of my stories, philosophies, and ideas for projects. I don’t have much as far as possessions and my pour over coffee equipment has been left in Colorado but I absolutely love sharing what might be considered an excellent cup of coffee.
