About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Experience life in it's totality if possible, taking it one day at a time, and embracing both the good with the bad.

ABOUT ME

Just a down to earth, lay back guy. I like music of all kinds, art of all kinds. I feel like I'm a little bit of everything. I have vast interests, and I love to learn. I'm originally from Chicago, but grew up in South Bend, Indiana. I currently live in Denver, CO. I love to travel when I get the opportunities, and I'm fascinated by different cultures and am eager to learn from others.

PHILOSOPHY

Experience life in it's totality, taking it one day at a time, and embracing both the good with the bad.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Perhaps not couchsurfing per se, but I've relocated alone before, so I'm not too unfamiliar with wandering around alone meeting people and making new friends. Also, I've definitely run into many travelers in my day, and have noticed they are extremely dedicated and genuinely great people to be around. For example, in college I would frequent a tiny dive just off campus, and one night I ran into a group of reuniting travelers who'd met by coincidence hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. Since they had noticed I was alone, they invited me to join them and they made me feel not only like I'd met them on the trail, but they inspired to dream of one day hiking the PCT myself(haven't yet)! I can't wait to experience many more places, and I hope CS can open doors to traveling the world if possible.

Interests

Art, photography, film(I'm hoping to go to as many film festivals as I can), music, live music, music festivals, science, open-minded people, passionate people, culture, philosophy, theology, current events.....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently went skydiving for the first time St. Patty's day 2012. It was easily the most intense experience I've ever had, and I can't wait to do it again.
