Hi, my name is Pierre, I'm French guy of 25. I studied mechanical engineering in Lyon and then graduated a master's degree in environmental engineering in Montreal.
After more than a beautiful year of chill, travel, working in climbing industry and building some climbing wall I decided that it was time to use my degree.
So, I got my first work in Alberta and come in Stettler to build some wind turbines on the prairies!I’m really happy to be here and to participate to the green energy transition that we all need!
About me, I'm a simply and funny guy! I love traveling, climbing, laughing, partying, listening to music, discovering new cities, people and their culture. I like diving, hiking, climbing, camping, bikking, skiing, football, volleyball and lot of other sports.
I have traveled to Guatemala, Honduras, New Caledonia, Austria, Italie, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Estonie, Russia, Poland, French Polynesia, Canada... but also to my home country of France.

I would be really happy to welcome you to my home if that can help you! I have two empty bedroom just waiting for you :)

And I will spend all of my free time in the Rockies so I will love to meet local people too

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing to meet local people during my travels and share good moments with them. I also like the fact that we can still have nice sharing exchanges for free in a society where we have to pay for everything

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My 8000 km in the Trans-Siberian Railway where I visited many villages in Russia.
My trip by hitchhiking back to France, from Russia to Paris.
Sleeping with a girl on top of a crane.
A diving session with 80 sharks in New Caledonia.
Driving across Canada and spending a month camping in the incredible Rockie's.
My 7 days of backcountry skiing in the forest with 3 friends where we were alone for a week in nature.
Hiking or biking with my tent for more than 10 days different times (Corsica, Quebec, Alpes...)
