ABOUT ME

I joyfully express my purpose as the Soul Guide -- international speaker, soul healing & awakening alchemist, soul purpose wealth mentor, and author of the forthcoming book, "The Soul Guide to a Magical Life: Break Through Your Blocks to Your Greatest Calling".

I'm particularly called to "light up the Lights" -- to support lightworkers and people who light up others -- so we can together assist the shift and co-create the more beautiful world world our hearts know is possible.

I'm also a playful person with a silly sense of humor who loves connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds; playing in nature and gardening; going on adventures of all kinds (physical, interpersonal & spiritual); reading widely; cooking for company; making art and music; singing and kirtan; deep talks and long walks; and dancing, dancing, dancing...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Enjoy spurts of couchsurfing whenever I can, by myself or with loved ones. 'Couch-surfed' years ago before I ever heard of the term, staying with people met on travels in Europe and US.

Interests

In addition to the interests above:

* love people, love meeting new people, and love listening to what 'lights you up,' what matters to you, your dreams, what you appreciate, what you love, what you fear and long for -- what gives life "juice" for you. Get bored with chit-chat, prefer depth. Also love kids, animals, trees, plants... Life.

* seeing the humor in the human condition and the heart-breaking beauty of the human spirit

* non-denominational spirituality, non-dualism, a mystic at heart

* making art, especially painting, drawing, collaging, playing with nature, arranging rocks... Being inspired by viewing and discussing art of all kinds. Particularly drawn to the human form. Sometimes I get moved by the beauty of people's hands and faces on a crowded subway, or filled with wonder at sunlight on a rock or the texture of tree bark...

* improv singing together -- blues, jazz, folk songs, gospel, kirtan, classical, whatever -- and if we can also improv dance together at the same time... now THAT'S a good time!

* ideas, books, writing... Wrote an ethics textbook (Ethics & College Student Life: a Case Study Approach), a memoir (Girl From Another Planet), & forthcoming book series "The Soul Guide to a Magical Life", "The Soul Guide to Relationship (Soul Mates, Sacred Unions & Separating with Love)" & The Soul Guide for Spiritual Entrepreneurs (How to Live Your Right Livelihood in True Prosperity).

* yoga and meditation (especially Kundalini yoga)

* I love my work, every day I feel so blessed. & always love learning from & collaborating with other healers, awakeners, diviners, and wise alchemists of the mind and spirit
