About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To finish my journey of a thousand miles with one step at a time

ABOUT ME

Just an ordinary and average girl with extraordinary dreams and visions. Longing always to be exploring the unknown, I am an adventurous open minded person just waiting for the next adventure in store!!!! Love to meet new people, hear amazing stories, coming into contact with different cultures, trying out exotic foods, travel, dance, hear music speak and come to life, learning languages...all chaos inside a pandora's box!!!!! You hold the key to opening it and getting to know me :P

PHILOSOPHY

In order to tell your story to others you must live it first.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to create lasting connections from around the world. I believe that couchsurfing should be a more fulfilling experience than just coming to stay at someone's house for a night or two. I hope to stay in touch with the people I meet here and whose houses I stay at while travelling. Also, I love hearing stories and I hope that with every couch that I surf at, I can collect stories.

I will be your friend if you are coming over to visit Granada and provide you some company! I can take you to visit some sites and eat at the best tapas places. So don't be afraid to reach me if you ever come here!
Also, if you are thinking of coming to California, I would love to host you, but at the moment I am not in the US right now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just started using couchsurfing this past month and I hope that it will serve as a tool to make valuable connections around the world and also as an outlet to be involved in this exchange and cross cultural dialogue.

Interests

the simple things in life bring me joy like watching kids play, eating ice cream while taking a walk down the street, going to the market and buying groceries, watering plants
the not so simple things in life that makes you sigh and even wonder to yourself "Do I have to do this?" like learning a new language, taking challenging courses, exercising
things that are necessary for my sanity: going out with friends, building quality friendships, cooking, baking, watching movies, listening to music, dance, travelling, eating, social activities
I share a passion for dancing! I did ballet for ten years, hip hop for a year and now I am going to start learning salsa!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Coming and living in Europe for the first time in my life. It has been awesome!!!!!!!!
Experiencing the Spanish culture firsthand
Starting a student organization from scratch and watching it grow by the end of the year!
More about me:
I have lived in three countries (Brazil-10 years, US-13 years) and now I am living in Spain for a year but possibly for another year more. Living in three countries during my life has taught me so much about adapting to different environments and cultures. It has truly enriched my life in the sense that I learned about how people live, communicate and why they have certain beliefs or see things the way they do. Due to these experiences, I have grown a passion for traveling and meet people from all over the world! And I couldn't be happier that the couchsurfing project exists to facilitate that.
