Well .. I love people and love host them
I find it quite fun and it helps to break the routine
I do not always available but when I host I will spend time and try have fun with my guests
(This is not a cheap replacement to hotels ... I host people that I find interesting me)
I usually go to bed late after 12
So to take this into consideration (small apartment)
