We are newlyweds just beginning our travel adventures together. Rachael is a primary school teacher and Lucas is a doctor. Rachael loves reading, creative writing, photography and learning about the world. Lucas loves table tennis, eating good food, exercise and board games. We both love making music, spending time with family and friends and meeting new people. We are Christians and believe in being involved and generous in our community, both local and global. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
We love meeting new people and learning about their lives and homes in other countries. Rachael loved being hosted by couch surfers around the world and we've both enjoyed meeting couch surfers hosted by friends here in Tasmania. As we start our travel adventures together, we're keen to meet and stay with couch surfers along the way.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
Rachael: taught English in a children's home in India for two months. Lucas: donated blood over 135 times and set the record for the youngest Tasmanian to reach 100 donations.
