Getting ready to up root my life...packing up my apartment and moving my important items back to my parents. Then heading out for an adventure through Europe and then hopefully get placement in the Peace Corps in Peru...who know what is ahead of me...All I know is I can't wait!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to name just one amazing thing I have done. I have had many opportunities to see, taste, touch and smell places across the world. My first solo trip took me to Iceland and it opened up the world in a different way, I met people I might not have noticed, I was more focused on the gorgeous surroundings, I was had no itinerary and I was freedom to roam. I went during the summer with light out all day and night and took many hikes throughout the night, car camped, explored fjords, whale watched and learned so much about other travelers and myself and Iceland!

One recent amazing adventure was simply grabbing a snorkel mask and hoping right into the ocean in Hawaii, the water was freezing and salty, the sun was warm and the hundreds of fish were unbelievable! No tour needed to see the world below!

Another favorite adventure is rocking climbing with my brother in Australia. I love the adrenalin pumping and the emotional/physical challenge!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

my nursing skills: if you fall and scrape your knee, I can patch you up. if your heart stops beating, I know CPR. if you break a bone, I can splint it. the list goes on and on...
