Music, Movies, and Books
I like almost anything as long as it's well done, and I really enjoy foreign films. Some favorites are Amelie, the Lord of the Rings, The Philadelphia Story, Bottle Shock, and The Man from Snowy River. I also love TED talks. I really like blues and folk music, The Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry, Bob Dylan, Muddy Waters and the like, but I also enjoy some more current stuff. Some of my favorite books include the Lord of the Rings, Silent Spring, Prodigal Summer, Into the Wild, Dharma Bums, and Gulliver's Travels.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I had my first solo travel experience in South Africa; it was a great opportunity to confront some of my insecurities, but also to meet some really amazing people. Not to mention, the Western Cape is gorgeous!
