PHILOSOPHY

Some very simple things:
I) The "Golden Rule" - Treat others how I would like to be treated;
II) Don't Overcomplicate things;
III) Open-Mindedness - with the exception of the Essential Moral Code which is the Base for everything I do (care for all other beings, don't lie, don't cheat, don't steal, etc);
IV) "Turn the Other Cheek" (to a certain degree) - Understanding karma and that people can only give what they have inside of them, so returning wrong for wrong can never make a right.
V) Live in Harmony With Nature;
VI) Commitment to Truth, Righteousness and Dignity;
VII) Being ambitious, but not without caring about the means to achieve the ends.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I) Started my own business (real estate agency), with the in my opinion noble purpose of both reducing comissions And improving service quality (very needed at the time, and still is);
II) Visited wonderful Egypt twice;
III) Quit my job and went on a 1 year travel journey from the very westernmost point - Portugal - of Eurasia, to the eastern-most - Zhongguó a.k.a China;
IV) Played basketball with my host and visited a Buddhist monastery, including a delicious free vegetarian lunch, all at 2.700m altitude on a gorgeous part of Lijiang, SW China;
V) Hiked up and down Hua Shan, where I got to stay overnight at a Daoist monastery - learning about Daoism and the monastic lifestyle, plus witnessed the mountain on the calmer hours of the night and of sunrise;
VI) Working on this 🙏
