I'm a fun loving Cape Codder now living in the Midwest raising chickens and turkeys, as well as my two sons. Travel is my passion, along with playing violin, both classically and improv. I adore cooking, grilling, and baking. I've served in the U.S. Navy and have worked many years in aviation before becoming a stay at home mum. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and forging new friendships.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Will be taking my oldest son, 17, to Scotland and England in August to look at universities. Would love to meet new friends and get off of the beaten path.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not much of a movie or television person. Music is perhaps one of my favorite things. I enjoy everything from reggae to rap. Lately I've been big into Saint Motel, Alt J, and Chet Faker.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach someone how to play the violin, even just twinkle twinkle little star. Learning how to cook local cuisine is something I'm very interested in.
