Overview
About Me
I’m in the middle of rebuilding my life after all the plot twists that have happened in my life.
For more than 11 years I’ve been living with several autoimmune diseases, which means hospitals became like a second home to me. I used to think my physical condition is weak until I surprised myself by hiking Mount Kaba (1,927 MASL) in December 2024. That experience changed the way I see myself cause I realized my condition has getting better and better every year and I become stronger day by day.
In March 2025, I had cataract surgery caused by the medications I’ve been taking for 10 years. Even after the surgery, my left eye still has problems. There were times I felt my life was falling apart, but I choose to believe that good days exist and will always come. That belief is what keeps me moving forward.
That’s why I’ve decided to leave my job in November 2025 and will travel after that. Before I die, I want to wander, to see more of the world, and to connect with people from different walks of life. I don’t know exactly what comes after that, but I’ll keep giving my best and stay open to life’s possibilities.
Outside of all that, I enjoy simple things: painting helps me process emotions, writing lets me express myself, and people-watching gives me endless fascination (parks and beaches are my favorite spots for that). I also love nature, airports, and airplanes. They make me feel alive and remind me that adventure is always waiting.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I believe travel is not only about places, but also about people. Meeting locals and fellow travelers allows me to see the world through different perspectives, share meaningful conversations, and exchange stories that stay longer than souvenirs.
Interests
I find joy in expressing myself through painting, it’s not just about colors on a canvas, but a way for me to process emotions and capture the depth of what I feel inside. Each piece I create holds a story of love, longing, or the quiet journey of coming home to myself and to something greater.
Another passion of mine is simply observing people. I enjoy sitting quietly in a park, at the beach, or even in a busy street, watching the flow of human interaction. It makes me feel alive, connected, and more understanding of the different ways people carry their stories.
I’m also on a spiritual journey, learning to live with more awareness, gratitude, and faith. I believe every encounter has meaning, and I value authenticity, kindness, and presence in my connections with others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once tried canyoneering, where I rappelled down a waterfall with a rope. It was a bit challenging at first, but also really fun and exciting cause I could do backflip! My video on TikTok about it got more than 150k viewers. Definitely one of those experiences I’ll never forget.
