About Me

21 year-old student, I'm polite and a very friendly and spontaneous person. Friends say I'm a bit crazy and a funny person to stay with. I live in Mainz ( a very cute and awesome city with a lot of history and culture) and Frankfurt ( I'm quite new in this metropole but I enjoy exploring my secondary residence) at the same time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I recently traveled a month across the UK with a friend and we did mostly cs, we really had an awesome/smashing time and met a lot of very great couchsurfers!
At the age of 16 I visited a family in south France which I found through the Internet and lived on their sailing boat. Wonderful experience!
Philosophy
Das Leben wird nicht gemessen an der Zahl unserer Atemzüge, sondern an den Orten und Momenten, die uns den Atem rauben.

Interests

I use to try everything:
- love music and trying new instruments just like the flute, ukulele, harmonica but not really good at it :D love to listen to music while I'm cooking.
- I love the sea as a rower, ski since I'm four, have a weakness for hiking mountains and sometimes I try ride my little skateboard... used to ride the unicycle and fence :D
- I love to be active, I always take my bike around in my hometown, love to explore new places or just lay around in my hammock.
- I'm interested in art, sustainable architecture and design ( have recently written a research paper about street art in my home town Mainz) and helped building a professionel tree house.
- I rather watch short films or produce them instead of watching Tv
- Sometimes I sew things just like my Uke covering, all in all I love to be creative
- I can stay in the nature for a week but at the same time I can go out ever night the week.
- love to get to know new people and taking part in their lifestyle
-I also do volunteering by teaching refugees in my hometown German

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

while I have been three weeks in Canada I have seen the amazing celebration of light in Vancouver which was really stunning and I have taken a bath in the hot springs in Santorini.
And of course starting backpacking and couch surfing, in the last half year I met some amazing people and got a new outlook on life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you a lot about my country and its culture.
I'm totally into handcrafting. Always willing to learn random stuff and new kinds of sports.
‘The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.’ – Dr Seuss

What I Can Share with Hosts

Experimental cooking.
Besides that I love doing big breakfasts in the morning (Porridge, Pancakes, french toast).
Since I decided to go vegetarian again and started cooking more I'm even more into food and eating :D
All in all I just love to enjoy the time with the people around me by having good conversations about life, nature and doing fun things.
