About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Just want to see the world and experience new places, cultures and people ... Kind of a way to get to know myself better

ABOUT ME

I like to meet new people and just talk nonsense and have a laugh, not a drinker or smoker but a big fan of having a good time.. I am an incredibly active person, being myself an international martial artist and rugby player. I love the outdoors; trail running and rock climbing are some of my favorite hobbies. I never go anywhere without a good book and my writing pad.. I have big dreams but an unfortunately small budget.

Interests

Travel, languages, reptiles, classic literature, writing, the ocean, scuba diving, rock climbing, crossfit, rugby... Also, cats.

Music, Movies, and Books

I just love music; really have a diverse taste - but a huge fan of jazz, blues, classical music and some rock.

Not much of a movie fan to be honest but I do enjoy a few cheesy American series.

Absolutely love to read and have yet to find a book that I couldn't enjoy. Personally drawn to some slightly more dated works.. my current favourites would have to be Dante's Commedia, Homer's Iliad and Virgil's Aeneid (these three I have found myself re-reading ever so often for a while now) but other than that I love the political-action of Vince Flynn's novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing experience that comes to mind is the time I spend working and fishing in Mozambique and free-diving...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about a lot of things I guess, if you are willing to grant me the opportunity - then I know I can learn from you and share and teach you some things as well. Like;

Life in a country recovering from severe racial inequality and persecution

Literature and history (these are my passions)

Sports and martial arts (I coach to children as well as Anti-Rape for women)

Art and some language, I might only speak 2(and a bit) languages, but my English is my bragging right. I am a part time writer and love to speak with people and hear their stories.

But honestly; of everything I could potentially teach you - I, in turn, could learn an immense amount about from you - this is the beautiful part about meeting new people for me, learning in a way that books could never offer.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live in a security estate, very beautiful and safe. I can offer a bed most nights and a good time.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bahamas, Lesotho, Mauritius, Mexico, Mozambique, South Africa, Swaziland
