Currently studying biomedical science at the University of Manchester. I just finished my first year of study and I'm keen to explore as much as I can this summer. My first big travelling trip was a 6 month adventure in Central America last year and now I'm addicted. I also play rugby at uni (yes I know I'm very small🙄) but can't play at the moment because of a knee injury. For the last couple summers I've worked the UK festival season serving vegan sushi and I went to 11 festivals last summer so if you ever want advise on UK festivals, I'm your girl. I also love meeting new people, vegetarian food, the outdoors and I'm a real adrenaline-junkie.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the concept of travellers looking out for each other and the trust that comes with that. This really seems like the best way to travel, by meeting local people to hang out with and letting them help you see their city the way they see it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not very keen on poppy chart music but tend to like all genres, old and new music.
I love to read but tend to end up spending my spare time doing other things - like googling where in the world to visit next. But if someone gives me a genuine suggestion, I always try to read it. My favourite book is the The Book Thief.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro when I was sixteen with a group of friends. Very challenging and absolutely amazing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd love to just hang out, have a drink, maybe get some tips for where to visit. I can cook you a meal/help you cook if you'd like, as long as you're okay with me cooking vegetarian food.
